The challenge

AUTOMAT is one of the world's largest manufacturers of micro-irrigation components — a 50-year-old Indian manufacturer with 400+ products across categories like impact and micro sprinklers, filtration, valves, fertigation and turf irrigation, selling B2B to farmers, dealers and distributors across 100+ countries. A catalog and footprint that large is hard to market consistently: hundreds of products, multiple regions, and a technical agricultural buyer mean content, campaigns, and search coverage can't keep pace when produced by hand. They needed to scale marketing output across a deep catalog and a global dealer base without scaling a large in-house marketing team.
