Built on Shopify's native returns, so everything shows up on the order where your team already works.
From your store's returns page. Logged-in customers see their orders; everyone else verifies the order number and checkout email. They choose a refund, an eligible variant or another product when the merchant enables it, with fees and price differences shown before submission.
Review the request and any claim photos, then create the native Shopify return using your chosen shipping method. Damaged, defective and wrong-item claims always stay with a person for review. Notifications follow your email settings.
Prepaid label, printerless QR code, or courier pickup. No platform? The customer ships it and enters tracking. Everything is attached to the Shopify return.
Receive and process the return to restock it and issue the selected refund. Exchange balances are then invoiced on the original order; replacement items are released after the payment is verified. Eligible customers can choose store credit instead of cash.
Everything a returns desk needs, nothing you have to stitch together.
Lives inside your theme at /apps/returns. Responsive item selection, a status tracker and cancellation of eligible pending requests. Printerless options depend on the selected carrier.
Offer another size or colour, or enable catalog search for a different product. Live stock and price differences are checked, and any balance is paid through your existing Shopify checkout.
Planned integrations include Shippo, EasyPost, Sendcloud, Easyship, ShipStation, Shiprocket, Delhivery and ClickPost. Provider qualification is in progress. Availability, rates and QR support depend on the merchant account and service.
Return window, restocking fee, flat fees, who pays shipping, auto-approve. Applied on the Shopify return so refunds are always right.
See requests needing attention, cash refunded, base value kept as store credit and exchange value. Carrier costs retain billed or estimated labels. Supported foreign amounts are converted to store currency; unavailable rates stay Unknown.
No shipping platform? Customers self-ship and enter tracking, or you upload a label. Free plan, no card needed.
Ask for photos of damaged, defective or wrong items. Evidence is private, with authenticated access, and these requests are held for merchant review even when auto-approve is on.
Enable native Shopify store credit with an optional bonus and expiry policy. Customers keep the original-payment refund option; store credit is off until you enable it. Shopify new customer accounts are required.
Use product tags for final sale, exchange-only items and different return windows. Customers see eligibility before submitting, and the same rules are checked on the server.
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Hindi. Choose a merchant override or follow the shopper's language. Admin, notification emails and some validation messages remain English.
