These terms govern use of the Reflow Returns & Exchanges app for Shopify ("the app") provided by Value Creatives ("we"). By installing the app you agree to them on behalf of the store that installs it ("you").
The app lets your customers request returns and exchanges, and lets you approve, label, invoice, refund and restock them through Shopify and through shipping platforms you connect. The app creates records in your Shopify store on your behalf. You remain responsible for your returns policy, for what you approve, and for your relationships with your customers and shipping providers.
Optional features include merchant-configured store credit, cross-product exchanges, product-tag rules, claim-photo review and customer notifications. Merchants remain responsible for their bonus, expiry, final-sale and refund policies. Credit is issued through Shopify. Notification acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery, and uncertain financial operations require reconciliation before another attempt.
Plans and prices are shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store. Charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Each plan includes a monthly number of requests; when it is used up, new requests pause until the next month or an upgrade. Shipping labels and courier pickups are charged by your shipping platform on your own account, not by us.
Our privacy policy describes what data the app processes and how. You instruct us to process customer data as needed to provide the service.
We aim for the app to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at info@valuecreatives.com; response targets depend on your plan.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for refunds or labels issued on your instructions, or for the acts of Shopify or shipping platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
You can uninstall the app at any time; billing stops per Shopify's rules and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end service for misuse or non-payment with notice where practical.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Value Creatives is registered, and disputes are subject to its courts.
